The Greater Cache Valley
This small mountain valley in Northern Utah is named the ‘Cache Valley’. Before Utah was Utah, frontiersmen cached their furs in the wind caves, found throughout the valley, for safekeeping. This collage pictures some of the iconic buildings and other places and spaces of the valley including the LDS temple that was built by the Mormon Pioneers and Utah State University on the hill just below the mountains. The oversized, springing-from-the-ground shape of the temple is to represent its importance to many folks who live in the Cache Valley.
